PEROS GEORGE, June 10, 2012, age 87, of North Ft. Myers, Florida. Born August 18, 1924 in Toledo, Ohio. Beloved husband of Georgia for 64 years. Loving father of Michael George and Sandra Lee Lewis. Cherished grandfather of Stephen Michael. Brother of Lee Hodgins, Catherine Finazzo, and the late Evangelia-Vagie Karlis. George was a proud WW II U.S. Army Veteran, first serving in the 106th Infantry Division when it was formed at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. He served in England, France, Germany, and Luxembourg. George's career was in management in the trucking industry in the Detroit and Pontiac areas. Memorial Service Saturday 2 p.m. at A.J.
