SLATEN MARYANNE ENGLAND, 53, of Port Huron died December 12, 2013. She was born November 8, 1960 in Detroit. She proudly served as an officer with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Survived by two daughters, Amanda Marie Slaten Frasier (Dr. Chad R. Frasier) of Pinckney, MI and Aimee Lynn Davis (Senior Airman Timothy Brandon Davis) of Anchorage, Alaska; grandson, Bryce Timothy Davis; mother, Nancy Petty; brother, Mark England as well as her brothers and sisters of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Service. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in Marysville Funeral Home, 1200 Michigan Ave., Marysville. Funeral 11 a.m. Thursday, December 19, 2013 in the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Port Huron Twp. Graveside honors will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Honor Guard. Memorials to American Red Cross.
