BELTZ HELEN M. age 86 of St. Helen, passed away Thursday, January 31, 2013 at West Branch Regional Medical Center. Helen had lived in St. Helen since 1980, formerly of Eastpointe. She was a member of the St. Helen Catholic Church and the St. Angela Catholic Church of Roseville. She was also a member of the St. Helen Fireworks Committee and the Snow Packers. Helen and her husband Art were active square dancers when they lived in the Detroit area. She spent over 30 years wintering in Englewood, FL. She loved entertaining and spending time with friends. Most of all, she loved her family and valued time with her children and grandchildren. Helen is survived by her children, Bruce (Debra) Beltz of St. Clair Shores, Brian (Karen) Beltz of St. Helen, Barry (Karen) Beltz of Eastpointe, Nancy (Bruce) Tyree of East Jordan and Terri (Jim) Jean of Sterling Heights and her grandchildren, Christopher Beltz, Kyle Beltz, Steward Miller, Jason Beltz, Michael Beltz, Kevin (Ilana) Beltz, Mark Beltz, Kalie Tyree and Shannon Tyree. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Arthur, her parents and siblings. Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in St. Helen will begin on Monday, February 4, 2013 from 3-9 p.m. with a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. On Tuesday, Helen will lie in state at St. Helen Catholic Church in St. Helen beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, St. Helen. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Helen Catholic Church.

SUSIE NELLE  IRVIN (NEE ARNETT)

IRVIN SUSIE NELLE (nee Arnett) Was born in her family home, Mayfield, Kentucky, on June 6, 1921. She passed away on January 20, 2013. She was 91 years old. Susie loved her family greatly. She is survived by her daughter Patricia Ann Irvin Ash and her grandson, dearest beloved, Aaron Ash. One of eight children (number 3) she is also survived by her loving brother, William Coy Arnett, and her sister, Martha Alice Arnett Lents. Susie also has numerous sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews whom she loved but did not see often enough. After working as an executive secretary in Chicago, Susie had a rewarding career as a wife to her loving husband, Maurice Waldo (Wally) Irvin, and mother to Patricia Ann Irvin and Pamela Sue Irvin in Birmingham-Troy, Michigan. Susie and Wally moved to Miami in 1978. Susie and Patricia moved to Boynton Beach, Florida in 2008, where Susie spent her final years. Susie always made time for friends and family. She was the "light" in many people's lives and brought joy to many family members and friends. She was an avid duplicate bridge player in Miami and Boynton Beach. She loved gardening, cooking, reading, and Fox News. Susie was a beautiful person inside and out. She never had a cross word for anyone and spoke highly of all who crossed her path. Memorial service at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery, 621 West Long Lake Road, Troy, Michigan 48098, on February 4 at 2:00 pm.

PAGE BILLY JOE Age 86, of Knoxville, TN formerly Detroit MI., died on Saturday January 26, 2013. A faithful husband, beloved father and grandfather, friend and mentor to many. His generous love for all taught us how to love one another. He was an accomplished surgeon, inspired artist, and talented athlete. Dr. Page was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Lucy Page and brother, Gene. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Anne; children, Bill Page and wife Carla, of Chelsea MI, Rick Page and wife Kathy, of Birmingham MI, Patti Bucci and husband Gary, of Knoxville, Peggy Gooch and husband Michael of Knoxville along with eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family is so grateful to the Lord Jesus for the countless ways we have been blessed by having Dad, Papa, Granddaddy, Chief, Grandel in our lives and for the peace in knowing that he is in the presence of his Heavenly Father.
