In retirement Arthur worked for St. John Hospital,enjoyed travelling to friends in Pennsylvania, collecting Lionel Trains and relaxing with family at his home. He was a longtime member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Parish in Detroit. He is joined in Heaven by his brothers Bernard, Leonard, Henry, and Joseph.
