CLARK KAREN born October 11th, 1951 in Fairview Park, Ohio to Ann Kierczynski. A graduate of Fairview Park High School and Akron Secretarial Institute. Careers as Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary and Executive Secretary in New York and Washington D.C. Married May 24th, 1976 to J. Thomas Clark, former Chairman (retired) of BBDO Detroit and Vice Chairman of BBDO Worldwide. Surviving are her husband and sons Spencer, Scott and Cole all of Michigan, and her brother Robert Kierczynski of Ohio. Mrs. Clark a devoted mother, wife, and friend, was very active in many Southeastern Michigan Charities including Hospice, The Leukemia Society, the Boys and Girls Club, Red Cross, and the JP McCarthy Foundation to name a few. She and her husband Tom were honored as Co-Chair's of the Junior Diabetes Foundation "Evening of Brilliance" in 1990, the B'Nai Brith Great American Traditions Award the same year, and the Boys and Girls Club of SE Michigan "In Celebration" Award in 2000. A Mass and Memorial will be celebrated on Monday, October 8th at 11am at St. Hugo of the Hills Stone Chapel, 2215 Opdyke Road in Bloomfield Hills.
