ASHBY ALBERT ROSS 65, died suddenly Monday, October 24, 2011 in his Fort Pierce, Florida home. Mr. Ashby was born in Detroit, Michigan where he lived and worked as an agent for the Millwrights and Carpenters Union Local 1102. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He retired and moved to Florida where he enjoyed spending time with his family and reading. He is survived by his wife Linda Ashby, two sons Stephen and Jason Ashby, two step-daughters Michelle Kovich and Kimberly Moyer, six grandchildren, John, Victoria, Taylor, Connor, Katie, and Chase and many many friends. Memorial contributions in honor of Albert Ross Ashby can be made to Ladder Company #28: Engine Company #21 in Detroit, Michigan for whom his brother John Charles Ashby gave his life in the 1967 riots. BARON HARVEY age 86, of Waterford, formerly of West Bloomfield and Rochester, died October 26, 2011. He was a 1943 graduate of Rochester High School and was a retired Sales Manager in the Automotive Aftermarket. A motorcycle enthusiast, he was a member of the Gold Wing Road Runners - Michigan Chapter B, the Quadrilles Square Dancing Club and was an accomplished roller skating dancer. DONAHUE ROBERT It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Robert Kelley Donahue on October 26, 2011. Bob was born to the late Charles and Kathleen Kelley Donahue on July 4, 1930, in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated from the University of Detroit in 1952, and went on to serve in the United States Army from 1952 to 1954. He married Nancy Olsen on June 11, 1955, and was a faithful and loving husband for over 56 years. He was a devoted father to his children Kevin (Fairhope, Alabama), Gail (Tom Meehan) HIghland Park, Illinois, and Sally (Tony Prahl) Kennesaw, Georgia. Gary predeceased his father and was lost to his family on April 29, 2005. Bob is survived by his brother Charles of Livonia, MI. He was a very generous and devoted grandfather to Lauren and Briege Donahue, and Allison and "his only grandson" Patrick Robert Prahl. Bob was a loyal and dedicated employee of Kimberly Clark for over 30 years, participating in highly successful and unique corporate projects in both Neenah, Wisconsin and Roswell, GA. Bob retained his loyalty to all Detroit sports teams, especially his beloved Tigers. He had the pleasure of seeing them play in Detroit twice last July. KARAGON MARY CATHERINE (Nee McEachen), age 64, passed away October 27, 2011, from complications of multiple sclerosis. Mary fought a courageous battle, first diagnosed in 1971, with her celtic wit and a positive attitude, and without bitterness or resentment. Mary graduated from St. Agnes High School, Detroit, and was a Nazareth College cum laude graduate in English and Philosophy. A Detroit school teacher and later a social service worker for the Michigan Dept. of Social Services, her passions were reading, enjoying her close family and friends, and the Detroit Tigers as a member of the Tigers Fan Club. For the last 21 years, Mary was a resident of Regency Health Care Centre in Taylor, which provided excellent medical and emotional care. For the last 3 months, Seasons Hospice provided wonderful comfort care. Her parents, Angus and Helen McHale McEachen, both preceded her in death. Mary leaves her beloved husband of 42 years, James; nine siblings, Rita (Daniel Neal) McEachen, Ronald (the late Maureen) McEachen, Dennis (Roseanne) MacEachen, Larry (Avis) McEachen, Patricia (Michael) McAskin, James (Paula) McEachen, Donald (Sheila) McEachen, John (Kari) McEachen and Joan McEachen.
