KNOLL ROBERT JOSEPH Born November 14, 1949 in Grosse Pointe, MI. Known to his other family at the Ford Romeo Engine Plant as B-Bob died November 3, 2012 at 7:10 in the morning on a beautiful sunny day, after a difficult and courageous battle with Agent Orange Connected Multiple Myeloma. Bob served in the army from 1968-1971. Bob was the very much loved husband of Janet, father of Robert V. Knoll (Rob) and the sunshine in his life, daughter Savannah. He also leaves behind beloved sister Diane and brother Dick. Bob generously donated his body to the U of M Medical School so others may benefit from our loss. His cremains will be entered at his favorite deer camp with his best hunting buddy Gary and his wife Dee. Thanks to all. Bob loved you too.

POST THOMAS "TOM" 90, passed away in his sleep on Friday, November 9, 2012 in Redford, Michigan. He was born January 7, 1922. He enjoyed a long wonderful life with his beloved wife, Doris. Tom loved sports, reading and had a knack for making his own jokes. He was an avid tennis, badminton, and ping-pong player throughout his life. He proudly served in the Armed Forces during WWII and retired from Ford Motor Company. Tom is survived by his daughters, Donna Birmingham and Diane Cassidy, two loving granddaughters, Karyln and Sheridan, and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Tom was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to all. Doris, the love of his life, preceded his death four years ago on November 12. A time of gathering will be held on Sunday, November 11 from 12 pm until the time of service 4 pm at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home, in Redford, MI.
RAKOCY HENRY HARRY (RAKOCZY) Born December 16, 1923 in Delray, Michigan. He died November 8, 2012 at the age of 88. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary (nee Marecki); his parents Andrew and Sophie; his siblings Edward, Valerie, Fr. John, and Harry. He is survived by his brother Walter, sister Genevieve, and brother Fr. Richard, many nieces and nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Mr. Rakocy was a member of St. Sabina Church. Henry graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes High School in River Rouge, He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and sportsman. Henry was also an active honorary life member of the Knights of Columbus, 3rd Degree, Council #5492, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 345, and a proud veteran of World War Il where he served as a corporal in the Marine Corps. Henry was an active 20 year member in the Elks, Plymouth Lodge #1780, the Seaway Boat Club in Wyandotte, and the Polka Booster Club of America. Family will receive friends Sunday from 1-9 p.m. at the Leonard A. Turowski and Son Funeral Home, located at 9300 Middlebelt Road, south of West Chicago, in Livonia with a Rosary at 3 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Sabina Church, located at 25605 Ann Arbor Trail in Dearborn Heights, in state from 10:30 a.m. until Mass begins. TULLOCH WILLIAM WALLACE JR. passed away peacefully November 8, 2012 at Hiland Cottage Hospice in Petoskey, Michigan Bill was born in Racine, Wisconsin August 15, 1930 the son of W. Wallace and Mildred (Sorenson) Tulloch and resided there until 1960 when he moved his family to the Detroit area and began a 38 year career with RHM Fluid Power, Inc. He served as President and CEO until his retirement. Bill was also a charter member and past president of the Fluid Power Distributors Association. After retirement, Bill and his wife Margaret moved to Harbor Springs, MI. He enjoyed golf, skiing, jazz and travelling with his friends. He was a member of the Country Club of Boyne and an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Harbor Springs. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 51 years, Margaret (Ubbesen) Tulloch, his sister Lois Meekma and his parents. He is survived by his five children: Susan (Emil) Muccino of St. Louis, MO., William (Joyce) Tulloch III of Plymouth, MI., Robert (Gloria) Tulloch of Valparaiso, IND., Julianne (Wade) Singler of St. Joseph, MI., Lisa (Kevin) Heitman of Milford, MI., 12 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many loving friends.
