SWIECZKOWSKI JULIET ANN 80, passed away peacefully at home in Cedar Park, Texas, on Thursday, December 14, 2012. Juliet was a longtime resident of Madison Heights and Warren. She and her husband of 59 years, Alex Swieczkowski, who predeceased her in 2011, relocated to Texas in 1973. Julie became an LPN in her mid-forties and worked at the VA Hospital in Waco, TX, eight years. She is survived by her children: Alexander Swieczkowski and his wife Jackie, of Georgetown, TX; Michael Swieczkowski and his wife Rebecca, of Frisco, Texas; and Dawn Swieczkowski of Lockhart, Texas; various nieces and nephews including Lonnie Chester-Weingarten and his wife Susan of Brooklyn, MI, Terri Ann Swieczkowski of Warren, RuthAnn Duncan of White Lake, Toni Gleeson of Royal Oak, LeAnn Swieczkowski and her partner Kathy of Charlotte, NC, and others. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was US Army WAC veteran. She was a published poet and a self-taught artist. She will be remembered as a devoted wife and mother. She passed away after a long illness and will always be an inspiration to those who knew and loved her.
