BURROWS MARY RUBLE of Dexter Twp., MI, age 53, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 as the result of a bicycle accident. She was born on June 30, 1958 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Paul E. and Maralyn (McDowell) Ruble. She had lived in the area since 1988, coming from Ann Arbor. She was an avid outdoors person and enjoyed skiing, scuba diving, boating, swimming, cross country skiing, triathalons, and all types of fitness activities. She had worked for the Thetford Corporation in Dexter as a Manager of Chemical Development Department for 30 years. On June 27, 1981 she married Robert W. Burrows, Jr. in Detroit and he survives. Also surviving are her step-mother, Rose (Ray) Ruble of Grosse Pointe; two daughters, Kristin Burrows (Chad Marek) of Pinckney and Sara (Mike) O'Keefe of Austin, TX; two brothers, James Ruble of Grosse Pointe and John Ruble of Chicago; one sister-in-law, Cheryl (Kevin) Ruble of Dexter Twp.; one brother-in-law, Howard (Dan) Burrows of California; her mother-in-law, Dean Burrows of Dexter Twp.; and her grandchild, Brayden Marek. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Paul Ruble. A celebration of her life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at the Staffan-Mitchell Funeral Home, Chelsea with Rev. James Coyl officiating. WAGNER LEE R. age 85, a resident of Clinton Twp formerly of Warren, passed away on June 27, 2012. Beloved husband of Betty (Black) Wagner, whom he married on September 14, 1949 in Roseville. Loving father of Deborah Oram (Larry), Tracy Wagner (Nancy), Paula Mathys (John) and the late Susan Lohn (the late Russ). Dearest grandfather of six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Lee was predeceased by his parents Walter and Martha Wagner and siblings Arliss Cohen, Erwin Wagner and Robert Wagner. Lee was a life member of the Society of Body Engineers since 1957, a member of the Clawson Troy Elks, the VFW Post Warren Sampson and a US Army Veteran. Lee loved to collects hats, loved poker, was a great card player, loved bowling, hockey, softball, boxing and golfing, and got four holes in one. Lee also invented "Jobbie Nooner", as in the 1970's he and his buddies went to the lake to celebrate Lee's birthday and every year it grew to a bigger celebration.
