Later, he gained employment with Chrysler Corporation at the Eldon Avenue Drum Plant as a Forklift Operator, a position he held for 30 years. Marybeth was born on September 05, 1947 in Cleveland, Ohio to Francine (Edwards) and William V. Schlee. She has been preceded in death by both parents. Marybeth is survived by her sister, Patricia Marks and her husband Michael. She is also survived by nephews John Jackovich, Jason Jackovich, Chad Jackovich and niece Jessica Marks. Marybeth earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and Secondary Teaching Certification from Eastern Michigan University; a Master of Arts Degree from University of Detroit; a Specialist Degree in Education from Eastern Michigan University and a Doctorate in Educational Administration from Michigan State University. During her tenure in education, Marybeth was fortunate to teach at both high school and college levels. Most of her 35 years in education were spent, however, in Central Office Administration where she fulfilled such roles as Director of Community Education, Director of District Communications and Director of Local, State and Federal Grants. Marybeth was devoted to helping others and was a member of The Rotary Club of Brighton, Michigan and The Rotary Club of The Villages, Florida. Marybeth was also the Co-Founder of the Friends for a Cure Relay for Life Team.
