GOSTEK EDWARD J. 85 of Ossineke, Michigan, died May 27, 2012 in Sterling Heights, Michigan. He was born on December 6, 1926 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of the late Joseph and Susan Gostek of Hamtramick. He served in the US Army until 1952 before working as a Medal Model Maker for GM Tech Center for 35 years, retiring in 1988. He is beloved father of Christopher (Alicia) Gostek of Milford, Matthew (Kelly) Gostek of Sterling Heights and Susan (Joal) Burtka of Macomb Township. Beloved grandfather (Pa-pa North) of Garrett and Nicole Gostek, Sara and Torey Gostek, and Madelynn and Joal Burtka. Was office manager at Montgomery Elevator Company for 33 years, retired in 1995. Loving mother of Roxanne Jaje (the late Albert), Lyn York and Laine Hardy, grandmother of Sean and Jason Henrickson, Catherine Johnson, Ben (Jesika) McAteer, C.J. and John Patterson, and loving great grandmother to Isabeel Lynne and Lillian Elaine McAteer. HENDERSHOT DAVID MARK Our presence was blessed with Davey from November 24, 1969 - May 23, 2012. Son of David Allen Hendershot and Terry (Dixon) Ellis, passed suddenly and unexpectedly on May 23, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father, Big Dave. His grandparents, Allen (Smokey) and Elanor Hendershot. He is survived by his parents, Terry and Joe Ellis of Houghton Lake, his loving wife of 10 years and soulmate of 25 years, Shellie Kay (Simpson) Hendershot. His beloved sisters Brandy Marie Hendershot and Trista Michelle Hendershot Tacconelli. Davey was a unique father to Tia Marie (Wheeler) DuBois (David Allen DuBois), Lester Lee and Catie (Johnson) Wheeler, Shane Louis and Ashlee (Karbowski) Wheeler. The uncle of many neices and nephews and papa David will be missed by his grandchildren Tricia, David, Kwenton, Dayton, Guerin, Isaiah and Elijah.
