CURTIS JAMES "RON" and SUSAN James "Ron" Curtis, age 63 of Howell, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2010. His wife, Susan J. Curtis, age 61, followed her husband in death on Saturday, October 16, 2010. Ron was born November 17, 1946 in Dyersburg, TN, the son of George and Dorothy L. (Thompson) Curtis. Susan was born April 7, 1949 in Detroit, the daughter of Hugh R. and Rita T. (O'Brian) Brobst. Ron was a retired employee of the Warren Tech Center. He was an avid fisherman who enjoyed traveling and riding his Gold Wing. Susan was a very dedicated and hard-working mother and homemaker. Ron and Susan were married November 6, 1965 in Westland, MI. Beloved parents of Patricia Skwirsk of Pinckney and James (Christina) Curtis, Jr. of Howell. Grandparents of Cassandra, Cory, James, Hannah and Ava. Great-Grandparents of Olivia. Ron is also survived by his mother, Dorothy Shelters of Arkansas and was the brother of the late Billie Don Curtis, the late Johnny Lynn Curtis, David Earl Curtis and Charles Walter Curtis.
