REAMER CONRAD WALTER, II 78,of Greenbush, Michigan, passed away peacefully July 18, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Delphine (Kostrezwa) Reamer. Born October 30,1933 to Conrad and Anna (Szewczyk) Reamer. Dearest father of Robert Reamer, Michelle (Pat) Hastings, Glen (Jody) Reamer, Noreen (Rod) Haut, Christie Reamer, Tracy (Jeff) Lanthier, and Conrad (Missy) Reamer. He is survived by 15 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, five sisters and two brothers. He was a talented tile and marble setter at Michigan Marble and Tile for 30+ years. He was also employed at Detroit Diesel Allison and retired in 1990. He had a great love for life, his family and friends. He will be greatly missed. SAVICH THOMAS LOUIS Age 78 of Hartland, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, July 22, 2012. Born in Chicago, Illinois on January 18, 1934, he was the son of the late Emil and the late Louise (Kissel) Savich. A Hartland area resident for the past 36 years, Tom was a 1952 graduate of the Decatur High School and received his bachelor's degree in engineering from Western Michigan University. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired shipping engineer for G.M. Milford Proving Grounds. Tom was also a member of the N.R.A., the M.O.B. (Michigan Association of Bounders), the Great Lakes Shipwreck Historical Museum and a life member of the Howell Elks. Beloved and devoted husband of Joanne (Ranke) Savich whom he married in Howell on June 18, 1976. Loving father of Paulette (Stacy) Galop of Queen Creek, Arizona, Gloria (Phil) Perkins of San Antonio, Texas and the late Thomas Savich, Jr. Also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, his sister Joyce (Alton) Harris of Paw Paw, four nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and nephews. Sylvia worked as a travel agent for Deer Lake Travel and was an insurance agent for State Farm. She was an avid reader and loving grandmother who adored her granddaughter Zoe. THIEDE EDMUND Age 65 passed away on July 21, 2012 at Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI. He is survived by his loving daughters Dawn Erwin (Joe Ballou), Kimberly Yeager (Charles), four grandchildren and his sister Kathy Thiede-Buhaj (George). He graduated from St. Stanislaus High School, Detroit where he received All City Honors in football, basketball and baseball. He coached basketball and track at St. Stanislaus in the late 1960's and played basketball for the Lutomski Post. He was a Vietnam War Veteran and was employed at Chrysler Trenton until he encountered health problems. Ed loved to play the guitar and sing. He enjoyed participating in the Hamtramck Festival Parade as "Elvis." He will be laid to rest with a private service at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Detroit.
