She worked in animation and costume design, and later became caretaker of her grandmother and parents. Maureen was preceded in death by her grandparents, Stanley and Angeline Reid, and Dr. Hugh and Anne Wray-McCann; uncles Charles and James Wray-McCann; her aunts Mary Reid and Teresa Wray-McCann; and cousins Robin Reid and Shane Wray-McCann. She is survived by her fiancé Peter Sorrell; loving parents; sisters Karey McCann-Goode (Alan Goode) and Eileen (Carl) Ganter; brothers Damien (Isabel) and Christopher McCann (Patricia Wortham); and many loving relatives and friends. Maureen requested no funeral service. Instead, the family will celebrate her life during its annual reunion in August 2014.
