Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Eugene Walega family. We did not have very many opportunities to see Eugene, or Helen for that matter over the years. One thing that stands out about Eugene was his quick wit and the way he was able to put a person at ease. His smile was infectious and he was the type of person who was well-liked by everyone. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to the Walega family. I have many fond memories of your dad from when I was a child and young adult. I know how much my mom and dad valued his (and your mom's) friendship. May the memories you hold dear in your heart bring you peace and comfort.
