HALL EDNA RAMEY Born in Otto, Georgia to Jeff and Ida Ramey on September 25, 1920 and passed away at the Cass County Medical Care Facility in her sleep on September 24, 2010. She resided in Royal Oak until moving with her husband in December 2008 to Forest Glen Assisted Living in Dowagiac, MI to be closer to her daughter and family. She was the only girl in a family of six boys. She grew up in Franklin, NC, and attended cosmetology school in Murphy, NC. She worked as a cosmetologist until she met and married Harold J. Hall in 1946. After their marriage they moved back to his home in the Detroit area. She was proud of her skills as a homemaker for Harold until his death in May of this year. She is survived by her daughter, Diane (Harold) Grabemeyer; her grandchildren, Aaron (Noreen) and Mollie Grabemeyer; great-grandchildren, Isaac and Connie Grabemeyer and sister-in-law, June Hall. A celebration of her life will be held at the First Congregational Church of Royal Oak, Crooks Rd. at Webster, on Monday, October 4, with visitation from 10 a.m. until service at noon.
