Just heard about Gerald's passing. My sympathy goes to the entire family. Cindy I can't make the service as I work, and can't get off short notice, but you will be close to my heart and in my prayers. Love you. Karen

Many, many great memories of Jerry from our time together,in the Southgate Flying Club, at Detroit Metro Airport throughout the 1980's. Jerry was a prince of a guy, a strong contributor to the club, and well thought of by the many members (60-strong, at one time). A bunch of us took trips together, to EAA at Oshkosh, Wisconsin, to New Orleans, to Three Rivers, Quebec/Montreal/Boston, to Florida, to Owosso many times for dinner, and others. Although I have not seen him in years, I will always have fond memories of a great guy.
