KWIECINSKI RAYMOND May 12, 2012, age 76 of Canton. Ray was loved by all who knew him for his unique personality and huge heart. He is one of the owners of Pepinos Restaurant in Walled Lake where he was an icon behind the bar. Ray was a dedicated Dearborn Hts. Firefighter for 28 years and a train enthusiast. His greatest accomplishment and joy was his family whose love inspired him every day. He will forever be in our hearts. Loving husband of Kathryn. Beloved father of Michael (Lisa), Karyn Kwiecinski Truxell, Jeffrey (Natalie), Richard (Jennifer) Sinkevics and Melissa (Chris) Hutchinson. The best Papa in the world to Kassity, Nathan, Jenna, Mia, Aria, Aidan, Luke and Joey. Dear brother of Leonard (Lorraine) Kwiecinski. Visitation on Tuesday from 1-8 p.m. at Vermeulen Funeral Home, 46401 W. Ann Arbor Rd., (btwn Beck and Sheldon) Plymouth with Rosary at 7 p.m. Viewing Wednesday at 10 a.m. until Funeral Mass 10:30 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, 46325 Ten Mile Rd, Novi, MI 48374. I remember Ray from my days on the Poice department in Dearborn Hgts. I also remember him driving his son from UP north to pitch in a little leauge game which I was managing. GREAT family man. sorry for your lost. Rest in peace.

Ray was one of my father's best friends on the DHFD, and knew him very well growing up. A great man who will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with Ray and his family.
