HEWLETT CHRISTINE M. May 21, 2012, Age 49 of Novi. Loving wife of Rich. Devoted mother of Jeffrey and Joey. Beloved daughter of Joseph and Joan Bono. Dear sister of Ann (Mike) Kuzara, Joseph Bono and Steven Bono. Chris was a very special person who loved her family, faith and friends and will be deeply missed. Visitation Friday 2-9 p.m. at Vermeulen Funeral Home, 46401 W. Ann Arbor Rd., (btwn Sheldon and Beck) Plymouth. In state Saturday 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Funeral Service at First United Methodist Church of Northville, 777 W. Eight Mile, (at Taft) Northville. Interment Rural Hill Cemetery, Northville. Got to know Chris thru her Husband Rich and their work with the diabetes events they did for their son Jeffrey and countless others. Just an amazing lady, wife and Mom. Always came over to say hi, thank me for being there, ask how I was doing,etc. Tons of energy, enthusiasm and just a genuinely nice person. Sick for Rich, Jeff, Joey and the rest of the family. Huge loss for all of us, devastated for those who loved Chris. Sad time. Thoughts and prayers with Rich, Jeff, Joey and the rest of the Hewlett and Bono clan.

To my loving sweet cousin Christine who was so loving and beautiful. I met Rich's mother once and told her what a gem Chris was and Rich was very lucky to have her in his life. She agreed as we all loved her very much. I am so sad beyond belief as I am traveling and will not be able to make the funeral. I am praying for Chris and Joe and Joanie and all the members of her family.
