KOHL KONRAD D., age 85, July 18, 2012, Leland, Michigan, formerly of Bloomfield Hills. Survived by beloved wife of 62 years Barbara Ann; children Konrad (Sue), Doug, Larry (Susan) and Tom (Sarah); seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Konrad practiced law in Michigan since 1951 with Davidson Gotshall, Kohl Secrest and Kohl Harris & Nolan. He represented, among others, Melvin Belli and former Governor John Swainson. He served in the U.S. Army in WWII where he was in charge of Special Services in Garmisch, Germany. His favorite place in the world was the deck of his home on Lake Michigan where he would watch the freighters go by. Cremation has taken place in Naples, Florida.
