Loving father of Denise (Don) Stout, Deacon John (Mary), Mary (Garey) Foyt, Cathy (Gene) Wenson, Renee (Dennis) Brothers, Joe (Rose), Chris (Marilyn), Ann (Mike) Schulte, Paul (Michele), Andy (Dawn), Diane (John) Michael, Ray (Lisa), and Tom (Lisa); loving father-in-law to Carol Schulte. Dear grandfather of 41 and great-grandfather of six. Dear brother of Peg Damman and Mary Krendl. Irvin was predeceased by his parents, Joe and Monica, a brother Tom, son Robert and grandson Joe. Irv was a proud veteran of the US Army, a graduate of Niagara University, President of Duramet Corporation and Northern Tool Sales & Service, and a faithful advocate of the Catholic Church. Visitation Saturday and Sunday from 2-9 p.m. with a scripture and Rosary Service Sunday at 6:30 p.m. at the Chas. Verheyden Funeral Home, 28499 Schoenherr, Warren, MI 48088. In state Monday 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Mary Our Lady Queen of Families Church (formerly St. Dorothy/St. Teresa of Avila), 12255 Frazho, Warren, MI 48089.
