(Victoria), Gayle A. Lindow (Robert), Jill H. McDonnell (Jonathan). Grandfather of 14. Brother of Thomas Boes (Margaret). Long time companion of Jean Backlund. Family will receive friends Wednesday 2-8 p.m. at A.J. Desmond & Sons Funeral Home, 2600 Crooks Road (between Maple and Big Beaver) with Scripture Service at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass Thursday 11 a.m. at St. Hugo of the Hills Stone Chapel, 2215 Opdyke Rd., Bloomfield Hills. My deepest sympathy to all of you. It was so shocking to realize that the seemingly well John that we saw so recently was going to be taken so soon. My thoughts go to Ryan, his 'live in' buddy. Susan is tied up with opening a new school and just couldn't leave. She joins me in sending love and prayers. Pauline.
