Day's at Farwells to working out at the Powerhouse Joe could drink Big and lift Big weights. Joe had a Big bark with a Big heart. Middlebelt Joe or Joe was in a accident were two common lines at work. Joe was a dedicated police officer and more so a dedicated family man. My condolences Lisa and family, Joe will be missed.

my prayers are with him and his family. so sad,he was taken way to early. he was a great guy to know, and work with. always smiling,and making you laugh, unless it was time to take care of business. he will be missed. he was a good fellow "road dog" and motorman.
