EILAND TODD BARRETT of Detroit, MI, born September 21, 1981, died October 3, 2012, age 31. Loving father, with Lloryn Love of Se'Va Allyce Love-Eiland, two months. Loving son of Connie Lee Eiland and Willie Eiland. Loving brother of Patty Eiland, Detroit, and Randall Ehrbar (Shawn MacDonald), Silver Spring, Maryland and uncle of Komesse Eiland. Also father of twins. Additionally, Todd is survived by his grandmother, aunts and cousins. Memorial donations may be given to a fund for Se'Va Allyce's education in the care of Randall Ehrbar, 9204 Wendell St., Silver Spring, MD 20901.

I first met Todd when I was around 3 years old, he was my brothers best friend and neighbors. He would be over our house all the time, I thought of him as just another one of my brothers. He made me laugh, teased me and did all the things a big brother did, and I loved him for it. As adults we ran into each other a couple of times, everyone went their own seperate ways. I never thought that I would miss him as much as I do, I find myself thinking of him everyday. I guess he was a major part of my childhood, and I can never forget how wonderful, silly, goofy and how much fun he was to be around. I'll never forget the impact that he has had on me and my families life. To the family I am deeply sorry for your loss, and I will keep you all in my prayers.

Todd was such a big part of our childrens life.....he was over here constantly...my son Josiah and him were the best of friends.We miss Him and hope He has finally found peace
