Dear grandfather of Jessica, Lauren, Corey, Jenna, Heather and Kelsey. Beloved leader of Dearborn Outer Drive Kiwanis Club (Lieutenant Governor and Hixson Fellow). Veterinarian for 42 years of Dearborn Veterinary Hospital. Korean War Veteran 5th Army. Dr. Barnes was a graduate and devoted fan of Michigan State University. Visitation Monday, October 15, from 2-8 p.m. at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile in Livonia. Funeral Service 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 16 (in state 10 a.m.) at Ward Church, 40000 Six Mile in Northville. Graveside service to follow at Glen Eden Cemetery. Dear Joyce and family, I don't know if you remember us, you & Dick used to come to Clamdigger's, I tended bar there. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. I remember so many nights laughter and fun with the both of you. Joyce our thoughts and prayers are with you and your children.
