DERKATCH, JACQUELINE MARIE (KIKI)
2012-10-18DERKATCH JACQUELINE MARIE ("KIKI" to everyone close to her). January 1, 1958, passed away Saturday, October 13 after a long battle with cancer. Jackie was born in Detroit, and grew up in Livonia eventually settling down in Pinckney with her family: Loving wife of Kevin, wonderful mother of Lauren Everett (Jon), daughter of David and Midge Sokol, daughter-in-law to Fran Derkatch, big sister to Michael Sokol (Kim), and Ann Marie McMullen (Mike), best aunt ever to Nicole, Jessica, Elizabeth, Andrew, Madison, Jillian, and Steven. Jackie was preceded in death by her mother Elizabeth Ann Sokol, and father-in-law Ernie Derkatch. A Celebration of Life will be held October 20th from 4- 6 p.m. at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. Please bring all your happy memories of Jackie to share with our family. We will always carry your memory in our hearts.
