2012-10-24BAK WALTER M. "WALLY" Passed away on September 26, 2012 from a long battle with lung cancer. Beloved husband to Stacey (Orlanski). Brother of Ted (Carol). Uncle to Tom and Ryan, and cousin to Deanna and Barbara. Also survived by a wonderful friend, caregiver to Wally and daughter Kimberly and four beautiful grandchildren. He worked as an automotive engineer for over 30 years. He enjoyed classic car shows, watching and playing baseball, and most of all loved to talk and tell stories. More than anything he enjoyed helping others. Memorial Service October 27th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Church, 98 New St., Mt. Clemens. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lung Cancer Association or to the family.

Thank you for the kind words Frank and Nancy. I have to agree it is very hard to find a friendler person than Wally was. After Wally died I called someone who knew Wally all his life. After hearing the news their first response was "Wally never hurt anyone". I simply can't think of a better complement or testament to a person's life..
