MACINKOWICZ HENRY JOHN October 25, 2012 age 88. Beloved husband of Ann Clarke and the late Helen. Loving father of MaryAnn (David) Bartusik, Ann Marie (the late Jay) Harris, John (Sunny), Paul "Chip" (Debby), Hank (Linda), Susan, and Michelle (Hiro) Kawabe. Proud grandfather of 10 and many great- grandchildren. Adopted by three children and six grandchildren. Retired Lt. of the Detroit Police Department and proud Army Veteran of WWII. Visitation at the Sterling Heights Chapel of the Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 E. Fifteen Mile Rd. (at Schoenherr) Saturday 4-9 p.m. and Sunday 1-9 p.m. with Scripture 7:00 p.m. Funeral Monday, St. Blasé Catholic Church, 12151 Fifteen Mile Rd., Sterling Hgts. Thoughts and prayer to the Macinkowicz Family at this time. It has been many years since communicating with your family but I will always remember your Dad being with the Deroit Police Department and the respect I had for him then and the even greater respect that I have for him now. Having just lost my Dad this past June I know how difficult of a time that it is. Pleas accept my condolences at this time.
