HENKEL EDWARD, JR. Age 87 of Grosse Pointe Farms, MI. Died October 25, 2012. Husband of Geraldyne Rounds for 61 years and brother of Milton Henkel and the late Ruth Jane Shearman and Jeanette DeHayes. Father of Nene (Lawrence) Brennan, Weezie (John) Gates, Heidi (John) McGarry, and the late Edward "Trey" Henkel III. Grandfather of Tracy, Lindsey, Fordy, Teddy, Tommy, Ellie, and Tom. A private family memorial service will be held. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
