AYOTTE DONALD J. October 28, 2012. Age 76 of Taylor. Beloved husband of Barbara. Loving father of Michael (Karen), Kenneth (Sigrid), Karen (Gene) Lewis, Suzan (Mark) Higgins, Gordon, and David. Dearest grandfather of five. Loving great-grandfather of three. Donald will be deeply missed by family and friends. Retired from the Detroit Police Department after 26 years of dedicated service. He was a loyal and faithful member of the D.P.O.A. Visitation Thursday, November 1, 2012 from 2-9 p.m at the Taylor Chapel of Voran Funeral Home, 23750 Goddard Road, (313) 291-1800.
