FERGUSON DAVID, passed away in St. Louis, Missouri, Sunday, November 11, 2012, at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Barbara Ferguson for 44 years, the love of his life and best friend. Dear father of Kate (Tony) Gross, Robert Ferguson and Molly (Kevin) Gregory. Grand-father and great-grandfather and beloved uncle of many. Brother of Leslie (Corinne) Ferguson and sister-in-law Arvilla. Born and raised in Dearborn, Dave was a graduate of Fordson H.S. class of '55 and proudly served in the US Army before graduating from U of M. Dave worked for Chrysler for over 35 years, retiring from the company in 1996. While a resident of Troy, Dave joyfully coached all three of his children in competitive soccer and was brought great happiness when all three graduated from college. His family was his greatest treasure and his wife his brightest light. Quiet and gruff, funny and sarcastic, Dave was a large and strong and ever-present figure in the lives of all who knew him. Services: Visitation in St. Louis, MO at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Wednesday, 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Make-A-Wish Foundation.
