Brown, supportive father of three, and adored grandfather of five. Loving brother, uncle and friend. An avid community and political activist. William spent his life fulfilling his unspoken mission of helping others. He loved and enjoyed spending time with friends and family, traveling and fishing.

What a wonderful example of dedication, love for others and integrity. Mr Brown was a great role model for honesty and commitment. I will miss his presence at every meeting that was to benefit our community.
