Rick was a good person and a good friend. I will miss him. He always had a smile for everyone.
Mr. Winkley, Althogh I never met you, I feel as if we have a special bond. Your wife is one of the strongest and most loved people I have ever met and she was so lucky to have you. I have heard many great (and hilarious) stories about you and I was looking forward to having dinner with you someday. You are in a better place and we will all miss. God bless.
Janice, so very sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are most certainly with you and your family.
Janice, I am so sorry that you have lost Rick. Rick was a tremendous mentor and friend and he will be missed. I will keep all of you in my prayers.
Hi Janice, I worked for Rick as his Adm. in the Treasurer's Office in the mid-80s. A great guy and I have so many funny memories of him. My condolences to you and your family. I was very shocked and saddened to hear this.
