Family will receive friends Tuesday 1-8 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. at Stanley Turowski Funeral Home, 25509 West Warren (three blocks east of Beech Daly) Dearborn Heights. In state Wednesday 9:30 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church until time of Mass at 10 a.m.

My condolences go out to "Uncle Kratz's" sister Helen, and all the nieces and nephews of his family. I was always impressed to hear how he drove his own car at 98 years old, and worked out regularly at a health club. Bless his heart.

We will miss him so much, when we cooked for him and aunt Helen at mom's place our (ron's) cooking was so much loved, we got such a kick out of it because our cooking is nothing compared to grandma's!
