BOZEK EDWARD Age 93, passed away on October 27, 2012 in Palo Alto, California. He was born February 12, 1919 in Detroit to John and Sophia Bozek. Ed lived his entire life in the greater Detroit area until 2011 when he moved to Palo Alto to be near his family. He was a U.S. Army WW II veteran serving in the South Pacific, Philippines and Aleutian Islands. He worked for Ford Motor Co. for over 30 years. He is survived by his daughter Nadine (Bob) Jagunich; granddaughters Allegra (Mike) Petras and Whitney Jagunich; great-grandchildren Olivia, Mickey, Dustin and namesake Edward, his dear friend Dorothy Gorman, and brother John (Clare) Bozek. He was preceded in death by his wife Bernadine Bozek in 1976. A Celebration of Life will be held December 1, The Community House, Birmingham, MI at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society or Pathways Home Health and Hospice www.pathwayshealth.org.
