BROMLEY JOSEPH CARLTON Age 84, passed away November 25, 2012. Owner and executive in the trucking industry for 62 years. Present co-owner of Churchill Transportation, Inc. Joe is survived by his current wife of 15 years, Karen LeBeau Bromley and preceded in death by his beloved first wife of 49 years, Shirley Peters Bromley and grandson Marty Bromley. Loving father of Nancy Goyert (James), Randall Bromley and daughter-in-law, Molly Bromley. Dear step father of five, grandfather of seven, step grandfather of eight and great-grandfather of nine. Visitation Thursday 6:30pm-9:00pm and Friday, 1:00pm-4:00pm and 6:30pm-9:00pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave. at Vernier, Grosse Pointe Woods. Instate Saturday at 10:00am until time of funeral at 10:30am at Grosse Pointe United Methodist Church, 211 Moross Rd., Grosse Pointe Farms. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Karmanos Hospice Program, Cass Community Services and Grosse Pointe United Methodist Endowment Fund.
