Walter was a great man, father, father-in-law to my sister Andrea, and grandfather to many children in the Briggs family. He will be greatly missed by all. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Briggs family at this difficult time.

I especally enjoyed your Dad when I visited Connecticut four years on Thanksgiving with Walter and Andrea. I got a chance to know him better.
