COUVREUR ARTHUR HECTOR Age 86, passed away at home on November 29, 2012 after a lengthy struggle with cancer. Beloved husband for 62 years of Mary Winifred (nee Proffitt). Loving father of Robert, Diane, James (Elizabeth), Kathleen (Robert) Crowdus, Thomas, John Devine, David (Dori) and Michelle (David) Skiba. Ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Art was a veteran of World War II. He was a builder of homes on the east side of Detroit for many years, and in later years sold commercial real estate. He was a devoted husband and father. His greatest joy was his family and the many outings and holidays they spent together. His memorial is his legacy and the wonderful memories we all will cherish forever. Visitation Saturday 3-7 pm and Sunday 2-7 pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores. Funeral service Monday 10 am at the funeral home. Art will be missed at McDonalds. I was one of the mcd people who had the opportunity to enjoy his hellos everyday and also enjoy his piano/ organ cd. Peace to Art. Jane
