CIARAMITARO SAMUEL "SAL" THOMAS, 90. He is survived by his beloved wife Anna Francis of 65 years. Loving children Grace (Carl) Rashid, Anthony (Donna) and Richard (Catherine). Adoring grandchildren Carl (Elizabeth) Rashid, Lauren (Benjamin) McLaughlin, Paul Rashid, Nicole (Kurt) Singleton, Anthony (Christina), Richard , Jr. , (Mary), Brian (Sheri Ann), Tim (Steffany), Melissa (Shawn) Cassidy, Tara (Gary) MacDonald, Jaime (Jacob) Frenette and 20 Great Grandchildren. Dear brother of Joseph. Visitation will be Thursday, December 6th from 2-9 pm, 4pm Rosary at Chas. Verheyden Funeral Home 16300 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Park, MI. In state Friday from 10am until time of his Mass at 10:30 am at St. Lucy's Catholic Church 23401 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores, MI. Donations can be made in his name to Susan G. Will always remember Uncle Sal coming to Saint Louis for Christmas and Grandpa and Grandma proudly displaying the delicious fruit he would bring fro all to share. Coincidentally he came to mind just last week when I picked up a persimmon. Condolences from the Minneapolis Paganos
