Dear Harvey, I already miss you. I sensed something was different on Wednesday. The way you looked at us told me you were saying goodbye. You were always a good friend. A compassionate clinician. A caring teacher to our residents. May Flight of Angels carry you to your rest. With Love, Oscar
Dear Anne, Shari, Brad, Kim, Sherry Jeff: I want to express my sincere condolences to all of you for your loss. Harvey was not only a colleague and a great teacher but a true friend and mentor. He was family to me. He celebrated my personal happiness and cried with me during my times of sadness and sorrow. I am going to miss him terribly. May his memory be for a blessing always.
