2012-12-23BLIZNICK CASSIE (WOJTOWICZ) age 96 of Lafayette, IN, formerly of Detroit, died Wednesday, December 19, 2012, in Lafayette. Wife of the late Walter Bliznick. Mother of Thomas Bliznick of Oak Park and Judith (Frank) Koontz of Lafayette. Also survived by two granddaughters and five great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the Mass of Christian Burial Thursday noon at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Ukrainian Catholic Church, 26667 Joy Road, Dearborn Heights, with burial in St. Hedwig Cemetery.
