Brother of Krystn (Robert) Stephens, Marty (Nancy), David (Kelly), and Matt (Anne). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Son-in-law of Lynn and Joanne Filhart. Brother-in-law of Marsha (Dave) Livingston, Julie (Peter) Francis, and Denise Johnson. Memorial gathering Wednesday 2 p.m. until time of Memorial Service, 4 p.m. at the Wm. Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W. 11 Mile Rd. (4 blocks E. of Woodward), Royal Oak. Memorial contributions to the American Heart/American Stroke Association are appreciated.

At a time like this the only consolation is knowing that our loved one was part of the fabric of so many lives. My sincere sympathy goes out to all of those members in the circle of Phil's family - wife, children, mom, siblings, relatives and close friends. Hold each other close in this very sad time. I believe Jerry's spirit is comforting Phil as they both embraced in life here on earth. Wishing you all peaceful memories...
