WIACEK THERESA MARY (NEE: DONNELLY), Age 92, passed away on January 5, 2013. She was the second of twelve children and was born and raised on a farm in Quebec, Canada. Mrs. Wiacek was a former resident of Royal Oak, Michigan and member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Royal Oak for 35 years. She was a long time member of Oakland County Private Duty Nurses Registry. She graduated from the Lorrain School of Nursing, Pembroke, Ontario in 1942. Beloved wife of the late Stanley Wiacek. Loving mother of Ann Wiacek, Marian Brasmer (Paul) and Michael Wiacek (Candyce). She is also survived by her grandchildren Mark, Emily, Alycen and Caitelynn. Theresa will be missed by 64 nieces and nephews, and approximately 130 great nieces and nephews. Theresa loved to read, watch educational programs, keep up on medical information, Tiger baseball games and tend to her beautiful geraniums. Funeral Mass Wednesday 9:30 a.m. at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, 4571 John R., Troy. Visitation at church begins at 9 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes to St. Anne's Mead or Michigan Humane Society. A.J. Desmond & Sons, (248) 362-2500.
