I'am so sorry to hear of the loss of your father. It's been a privilege & a blessing to know him all these years, and to be the recipient of his good humor & dependable support during the final months of my Dad(Lou Gariepy) illness. The Many Cocktail parties & trips down to the DSO on Friday nights with all their wonderful FUN friends will stay vibrantly alive in my memory forever. Dear Malone Family, celebrate the life of this remarkable man,and carry his torch forward!
Dr. Malone delivered my five children and I will always remember him as kind and reassuring to a young mother of 21. I also remember the picture he kept on his desk of his family. My prayers and thoughts go out to his family. May he rest in peace.
I will always remember Dr Malone fondly. One of my first introductions to him was as I was helping clean up pool area for the annual bash---I showed him blisters on my hands from sweeping and instead of sympathy, he said "just shows that you do not do enough work" :-)
M.T. So sorry to hear about your dad. Ran into him about 16 months ago in Brighton. What a great man. Paul
So sorry for your loss. I will always remember the pleasure of assisting with the many fine trips you Dad and Mother enjoyed through the years. My thought and prayers are with you all.
We loved Uncle John, and we know he loved and was proud of each and every one of you kids. I admired his humor and pragmatism. During one of your family's famous large gatherings with lots of little ones running around, he said he liked having people over and didn't worry about the inevitable spills because he served only clear soda (7UP) and fat-free Pringles, so the messes wouldn't show. His work ethic and good cheer was a great example for his children. :-)
Our deepest sympathy to all the family. Marge was a former patient Of dr. Malone, and our daughter, barb Was good friends with Lou and Mary therese. God bless all of you, you are in our thoughts and Prayers.m
Jim, Sheila, Patrick and Abby, -- we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. Jim - We are truly sorry to hear about the passing of your father. Although we never met your dad, he must have been a great man, as evidenced by the outstanding son he raised, who we consider a lifelong friend. Sincerely, Dan, Jeanne, Amanda, Adam Erhardt
I was at Mt. Carmel Hospital for 31 years when it had a busy obstetrical department. John was one of those OB doctors that the patients and staff all appreciated. Rest in peace, John.
Dear Susie and Malone Family, So sorry to hear about the loss of your wonderful dad!! As Susie's high school friend who stayed overnight many weekends, I remember how we were taken into the nightly ritual of Sue kissing her parents goodnight, by also being expected to greet them and say, "Goodnight Dr. And Mrs. Malone". They raised an incredible family of great kids, as well as happily taking in ALL of their many friends!!! You all are in my thoughts and prayers in the days ahead. Love, Kathy
Many fond memories of both John and Thereza in Magnolia. Our condolences and prayers go out to their wonderful family.
Dear Susy, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. I never had the privilege of meeting your dad, but it sounds like he was a wonderful man who loved his family and loved his patients. Rest in peace, Dr. Malone. The Reckling Family
