KLIPFEL KARL K. age 79 January 18, 2013. Beloved husband of Shirley for 52 years. Loving father of Rebecca Klipfel, Katie (Don) Kirkpatrick and the late William (Donna Klipfel-Tuka). Grandfather of David, Douglas, Julia and William. Brother of the late Ernest Klipfel. Also many nieces, nephews, and friends. Memorial Gathering at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N. Crooks Rd. (between 14-15 Mile Rds.) Friday 4-7 p.m. Memorial Service at First United Methodist Church, 1589 W. Maple, Birmingham, Saturday 1 p.m. Memorials appreciated to Cass Community Social Services. I remember Karl very fondly even though I didn't know him well. A real gentleman. Always upbeat. A great model for the new people coming up in the organization.Karl was one of the "good guys". Prayers to the family.

Sorry to hear of Karl passing. Karl was a true professional when I worked with him at Amdahl. Everybody looked up to Karl as the senior guy who knew the business, the company and had great relationships wih his accounts. A great personnality...everything was always " super fantastic" and very positive even in the tough times. God bless his family, he was a great person.
