KEANE MARILYN O'CONNOR A life long resident of Grosse Pointe who loved her seven children and adored her 12 grandchildren, died with her family and dearest friends Betz Johnson and Mary Sullivan Roezelle by her side on Thursday, January 24, 2013. She was 87. Marilyn was born on July 7, 1925 to T. Edward and Clara M. O'Connor in Detroit. She is survived by her children, William E. (Diana) Keane III, Marilyn K. Sutton, Meagan M. Keane, Anne C. Keane, Patricia K. (Robert) Carden, Thomas E. (Allison) Keane, and Michael J. (June) Keane; 12 grandchildren; sisters-in law, Leontine K. Cadieaux and Anne C. Boyle; a niece and four nephews. She was predeceased by her husband William E. Keane, Jr. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 10 a.m. at St. Paul's Church, 157 Lakeshore Road, Grosse Pointe Farms. There will be visitation at the church beginning at 9 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or Capuchin Soup Kitchen. www.verheyden.org
