LEGA JERRY, age 76: passed away Thursday, January 24, 2013 in Royal Oak. MI. Born May 4, 1936 to John and Julia Lega in Hamtramck, MI. Survived by fiance Karen Hall, sons Chris and wife Debbie (Marchewka), Curtis and wife Julie (Hughes), brother Gilbert and wife Linda Lega, sister Elaine Lega and husband Peter Rollock. Family members Sherri and John Karabelski, Dean Hall. Grandfather of Shana, Kirsti, Rachel, Hunter and Shane. Military Burial Service to be held at Great Lakes National Cemetary on February 1, 2013 from 10:00 - 10:30 a.m., 4200 Belford Rd., Holly MI 48442.

Jerry has been a friend of my parents and our family since as far back as I can remember! When we all lived in CA and then again in MI. I would always ask Dad have you talked to Jerry Lega lately? He will be missed. Thoughts and prayers for the famiy.

Jerry was a fun loving, great guy!! He loved his golf and his friends!!! We have many humorous memories that we will cherish of his rare sense of humor!!We will always have a smile on our faces when we think of Jerry!!
