Aunt Joy, she was the oldest and most special of all the aunts in my father's family - always sending that very special birthday greeting which when you received it you knew that you were special in someone's heart and loved for who you were and all you would become. she is greatly missed as is Uncle Ed, may they both now find each other in the heavens near our; say hello to my dad for me!

To the family, I'm so sorry for your loss, death is such an unnatural thing that continues to pang us, time and time again, a scripture I draw comfort from is at Revelation 21:3,4 where it says 3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” this is the promise our God has given us and we can take strenghth in it.

My family and I would like to extend our condolences for your family's recent loss. May the words of Psalm 34:18 provide comfort for you during this difficult time.

We love and miss you very much. Always my favorite aunt and godmother! Small in stature but nobody had a bigger heart or showed more love for her godchildren! RIP
