BIRCH PHILIP L. January 31, 2013. Age 73 of Canton. Loving husband of Susan. Beloved father of Kenneth (Gregory), Michael, Larry, and Jennifer (Orlin) Hadjiev. Dear son of Florence and the late Leonard. Proud grandfather of Phillip and Nicholas. Dear brother of Dianne Clements, Barbara (Ken) Koster, Brian (Patricia), Mark (Judith), and Robert (Sue). Mr. Birch retired in 1997 after 40 years of service with Ford Motor Co., during which he was awarded two engneering patents. Visitation Saturday 2-8 pm at at Vermeulen Funeral Home, 46401 W. Ann Arbor Road, (between Beck and Sheldon) Plymouth. In state Monday 10 am until 10:30 am Mass at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 47650 North Territorial (at Beck) Plymouth.
