BROWN CHARLES age 96, passed away February 16th. A former State of Michigan employee, Mr. Brown is survived by one daughter, one grandson, two great-grand-children, one predeceased grandchild. Visitation Sunday, February 24th, 2-6 p.m. at Haley Funeral Directors, 24525 Northwestern Hwy., Southfield. Memorial service, Monday, February 25th at Haley Funeral Directors.
